1. Customer Service Executive (1 Year Contract)

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customers ‘enquiries, understanding their requirements and reply to them on a timely basis

  • Check pricing & stock availability

  • Liaise with Engineering Department on Part Number’s equivalence

  • Prepare quotations and follow up on sales orders

  • Arrange shipment and/or delivery to customers

  • Generate sales confirmations & invoices

  • Follow up on customers outstanding

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Min ‘O’ Level

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Min 1 year working in Sales and Customer Service environment

2. Engineering Executive ( Sale & Application)

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide technical service and support to customers

  • Ensure correct bearings are selected for customers’ applications 

  • Handle part numbers inquiries

  • Handle customer’s claim on product quality related matter

  • Issue request for investigation to the manufacturing plant & provide  result of the investigation report to customers.

  • Conversion of part numbers/part numbers interchange

  • Participate in customers’ development & promotion project such as trade shows/exhibition

  • Work closely with sales team to promote NTN products to potential customers

  • Conduct training/seminar of NTN products for staff and customers.

  • Any other duties that may be assigned to you by your superior

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

  • 1 year relevant working experience preferably as Application Engineer in industrial machinery.

  • Knowledge of bearings is an advantage

  • Overseas business trips
